Irvington Man Finds Forged Letter of Reprimand on Car; Cops Seek Writer

Irvington police are investigating a bizarre case of forgery this week involving a handicapped permit, an apparently able-bodied individual and an elaborately-crafted forged note.

An Irvington resident appeared at police headquarters this week with a letter he thought had had been placed on the windshield of his car by parking enforcement, police said. So weird, what's next people questioning each other …   more ›
