Thom Pernice has been a member of the Peekskill community for the past 10 years  serves on the boards of the Peekskill Art Lofts, Peekskill Arts Council and  the Peekskill Artist Certification Committee. He has also served on the Board of the Paramount Center for the Arts for 4 years, served as a board member of the BID and long time member of the Chamber of Commerce. Thom was executive producer of the 5th annual Peekskill Jazz and Blues Festival.
Thom operates InHouse Video Creative Services and has been a photojournalist, producer and editor for the past 40 years. Thom is also webmaster for Peekskillartscouncil.org,  and is a contributor to Patch.
