Irvington Awards Service, Life-Saving Accolades
Irvington Police Department members and IVAC's captain were honored by the village.
Irvington Police Department Chief Michael P. Cerone was on-hand at last Monday's Board of Trustees meeting to hand out a number of prestigious awards.
He awarded both "Exceptional Service" and "Life Saving" awards to members of the Police Department, as well as to Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corps Captain Ellen Lewitt.
