Teen Arrested for Marijuana Possession

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested an 18-year-old Ardsley resident for unlawful possession of marijuana, in the fifth degree, on Jan. 17 after a short-term investigation. 

The teen was found to have a small quantity of the dried plant leaves and a pipe when he was arrested around 11:25 p.m. in his 2003 Saturn in a parking lot on Bridge Street in Irvington.

He was released on his own recognizance and must return to court on Jan. 28.
