Every week we feature a different adoptable cat or dog from the no-kill shelter in Elmsford.
Carmine is a 1 1/2 year old Dutch mix. He is quiet and social and would be great with a family. He loves to nuzzle and play. He is neutered, microchipped and ready for you to bring him home.
