Update: Goldberg's Child Endangerment Case Adjourned Until Nov. 15

Stuart Goldberg, owner of Head 2 Head Toys & Games on Main Street, is charged with endangering the welfare of a minor.

Stuart Goldberg, owner of Head 2 Head Toys & Games in Irvington, was scheduled to appear in Village Court on Nov. 1, but the case was adjourned until Nov. 15. 

Goldberg faces a charge of endangering the welfare of a minor, a misdemeanor. He was arrested in July after he was accused of inappropriately touching a local 12-year-old girl. 

According to Irvington Police Chief Michael Cerone, police received a report that Goldberg, 54, had touched the girl in appropriately, possibly inside his local gaming and memorabilia shop.

Police executed a search warrant at the business, seizing Goldberg's video surveillance tapes.  

The girl and her mother were given temporary orders of protection.
