Update: Goldberg's Child Endangerment Case Adjourned Until Nov. 15

Stuart Goldberg, owner of Head 2 Head Toys & Games on Main Street, is charged with endangering the welfare of a minor.

Stuart Goldberg, owner of Head 2 Head Toys & Games in Irvington, was scheduled to appear in Village Court on Nov. 1, but the case was adjourned until Nov. 15. 

Goldberg faces a charge of endangering the welfare of a minor, a misdemeanor. He was arrested in July after he was accused of inappropriately touching a local 12-year-old girl. 

According to Irvington Police Chief Michael Cerone, police received a report that Goldberg, 54, had touched the girl in appropriately, possibly inside his local gaming and memorabilia shop. 

Police executed a search warrant at the business, seizing Goldberg's video surveillance tapes.  

The girl and her mother were given temporary orders of protection.

The case was adjourned again, this time until October.

Pay a $750 fine plus $250 surcharge. Submit to a DNA test, remain in therapy (alot of good that will do) 5 years probation, for a plea of endangering the walfare of a minor. There may have been other items but I wasnt paying attention. The guy made my skin crawl...
