Teens Use Bulkhead to Pee in River

This report was derived from information from the Irvington Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

Two 17-year-old Dobbs Ferry residents were arrested on Sept. 5 by the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force, which has an Irvington police officer as a member, around 3:45 p.m. for standing on the bulkhead on W. Main Street in Irvington and urinating into the Hudson River.

The teens were charged with exposure of person, a violation, and released. They were given appearance tickets and are expected to show in village court.
